Here are some principles that form a foundation for user-centered design:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning begins by understanding users and their environment.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users participate in design and development work.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning is guided by user evaluation and feedback.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning takes into account the entire user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Public bodies are beginning to take user feedback into account; this is having an impact on the development of administrative documents and forms.
