Nothing against those: videos have their place, especially for showing, but podcasts are better company when you&#8217;re on the go<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>However, I myself am fond of online text. Text is fast, informative, inexpensive and easy if you\u00a0pay attention to\u00a0usability:\u00a0headlines for skimming,\u00a0the main ideas first,\u00a0casual language, and a chatty<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>tone.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em>Communicating online through means like Twitter, Facebook, chat, and even FAQs, can improve the impact of your writing.
